Many of your questions can be answered by going through the README First File and by reading the manual. If you are still unable to get MIDIculous working, you can contact us via E-mail. Please allow 24-hours for us to respond. You may contact us via phone, but your response will be much faster via E-mail as some of our phone technicians are not as technically savvy as our  E-mail tech experts. Technical Support Issues
We put a great deal of effort in our support documentation and tutorials. 95% of all of our users have been able to solve their support issues by following the README First file, the video tutorials, and by reading the user manual. We can’t express nough how important the README file is when getting started with MIDIculous.  Here are some things to keep in mind:
Q1: Where is my serial number?
A1: Your serial number is on your invoice (not your download e-mail) below your E-mail address

Q2: I want to make my own LMS Lessons, do I need any other software? Can I record with MIDIculous? 
A2: Currently, you can only make LMS lessons by using your own DAW. Recording will be coming in the future. 

Q3: I want to be able to record the screen and send a video to my students or post them to YouTube.
A3: Coming Soon!

Q4: When I download the file, I cannot open it. 
A4: Download the file to your Desktop. For Windows Users: 
      Right + Click on the file and Extract All

Forgot your Serial Number?

If you forgot your serial number, please login to your account that you created at the MIDIculous Store. Once you login, you can view your order history by clicking on My Account at the top of the page. You will then find your invoice that contains your serial number after searching for orders.
